What software do Connekt chargers use?
Connekt Cloud, our own charge point management platform. It runs pricing, payments, load balancing, monitoring and reporting for every charger we install, and drivers use the Get Connekted app.
Can I set my own charging prices?
Yes. You decide the price per kWh, and you can set different rates for staff, guests, the public and fleet vehicles. You can change them at any time.
How do drivers pay?
Through the Get Connekted app, either pay as you go or from a pre-paid top-up, with Apple Pay and Google Pay. RFID cards are also supported, and drivers using Electroverse can pay through it.
Can I give my staff free or discounted charging?
Yes. Access groups let you offer free or reduced-rate charging to chosen users, such as employees or residents, while visitors pay your public rate.

What happens if a charger stops working?
We monitor every charger 24/7. Up to 96.5% of issues are diagnosed and fixed remotely; if a site visit is needed, our team arranges it. Drivers can call our UK support line around the clock.
What reports can I see?
