Lindores Abbey Distillery is a renowned Scotch whisky destination located in Newburgh, in Scotland’s Lowlands whisky region. Situated directly opposite the historic Lindores Abbey — widely regarded as the spiritual home of Scotch whisky — the distillery offers visitors a unique blend of heritage, craftsmanship, and modern production.
Since beginning distillation in 2017, Lindores Abbey has welcomed visitors from across the UK and beyond, offering tours, tastings, and the opportunity to explore the historic grounds where whisky’s story began.
As visitor numbers grow and travel habits evolve, Lindores Abbey partnered with Connekt to introduce EV charging, supporting sustainable tourism while enhancing the overall visitor experience.
